Proposal:

Application for elevational changes including a new shop front, windows, and doors. Build a single-storey rear extension after demolishing existing structures, create an external seating area at the front with an enclosure, form an external rear staircase and roof terrace with balustrades, and install waste/recycling storage enclosures for a ground floor restaurant/café (Class E) while retaining the first-floor apartment.
